Interval is a specialty coffee shop for our neighborhood to commune over drink and food. It’s a space for you to feel at home, relax, and collaborate with your community.

Our goal is to serve you with the freshest, locally sourced ingredients in order to celebrate our region and each other. Our coffee comes from Interval’s owner and local coffee roaster, Neighborly Coffee Roasters, featuring a menu of ever-changing coffees and specialty drinks.

Our food features a few cafe staples along with rotating specials or limited time offerings and homemade pastries to serve you throughout the day.
